National SME Week 2021

Acknowledging the fact that SMEs are now having difficulties in doing business due to the COVID-19 pandemic, SME Corp. Malaysia took the initiative to host the National SME Week 2021, from 26 June 2021 to 4 July 2021, online. For the first time, the exhibition and all activities that were previously done physically, will now be held virtually through MyAssist MSME portal developed specifically to disseminate information on Government initiatives and assistance in helping Entrepreneurs and SMEs sustaining business during COVID-19.

MyAssist MSME portal not only provides up-to-date information, but also introduces various new modules, including MatchMe, where business matching sessions with representatives of hypermarkets and large companies, previously held physically at small discussion desks, are now held virtually, in the personal comfort of the entrepreneurs. MeetMe module provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to seek business advices from trained Business Counsellors, without having to physically go to SME Corp. Malaysia’s offices. A series of webinars with interesting topics, brought to you by selected industry experts and players, will also be organised.
