In line with the new economic model based on innovation, creativity and skilled human capital development, SME Corp. Malaysia will be organising “SMIDEX 2010 - SME Innovation Showcase” as the platform to showcase SME Innovation, in collaboration with Ministries and Agencies.

SME Innovation Showcase- SMIDEX 2010 with the theme “Pioneering Business Transformation through Innovation” is an outreach programme under Malaysia Innovation Year 2010 (MI2010) – a project under Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI). Recognising the power of technology and innovation, the Government has embarked on numerous initiatives to encourage SMEs to acquire technologies, to move up the value chain and keep abreast with latest global trends and technological advancements

This 13th Annual Exhibition organise by SME Corp. Malaysia aims to promote innovative products and services in developing competitive and resilient SMEs in Malaysia, focusing on four main areas:

• Innovation on Technology;

• Innovation on Packaging & Design;

• Green Technology; and

• Energy Efficiency
